Callie

Callie

Instructor

Callie is a Long + Lean client turned instructor. Shortly after moving to Buffalo from Chicago, Callie became a devoted Long + Lean client and fell in love with the way Pilates improved her posture, functional strength, and flexibility (while still being fun)! In addition to Pilates, Callie works for a third party logistics company and understands first hand the toll sitting at a desk all day can take on the body. Callie’s classes will move, stretch, and strengthen those muscles that are neglected while sitting at a computer. Callie has experienced first hand that the mindful movement of Pilates is a great tool to manage stress and anxiety, return the body to natural alignment, and live dynamically! She loves having the opportunity to share the the joy of Pilates through teaching at Long + Lean!
