Let’s be real – the holidays are a mixed bag.  There’s  plenty of magic, joy and laughter.  Often with a hefty dose of disappointment, frustration and overwhelm.  

We *probably* can’t make your Holiday season look like the Hallmark Channel… But we can come together to make it better.  

In this workshop we will practice science-backed, simple mindfulness techniques to keep you on an even keel whatever the holidays throw your way.  

We won’t just be navel gazing here…we’ll also use mindfulness as a springboard to make decisions that create the holiday season you really want.  

Completely suitable for beginners – these short practices help you find a bit of peace & joy for yourself.  And maybe even enough for you to spread to others!

  • Time to practice mindfulness exercises that help with: relaxation, sleep, and focus. 
  • Science-based insights about how to regulate your nervous system 
  • A customized roadmap for a holiday season that has more of what you want…and less of what you don’t!

  1. Use your computer or laptop to go to the Mindbody website
  2. Click “Sign In” located in the upper right corner of the screen (*Please note: If the link takes you to a screen that asks you to search for the business, type or copy and paste “I·D Pilates”. You will need to include the middot between the “I” and the “D”. Then click “Sign In”).
  3. Enter your Mindbody login information and click “Sign In”
  4. Click on the “Classes” tab
  5. Make sure you choose the location you would like to attend: “All locations”, “I·D Pilates- Buffalo” or “I·D Pilates- Clarence”
  6. Choose the week you are looking for by scrolling or click on the calendar symbol to pick the date
  7. Once on the week that you want, scroll to the class you would like to sign up for and click “Sign Up Now”
  8. On the next screen, you can book a single reservation or a recurring reservation. For the recurring reservation, look at the right side of your screen, pick the start and end dates for the class you want to attend and click “Make a recurring reservation”. (*Please note: For Unlimited clients, you will choose “Register as Unpaid”)
  9. The next screen will show you the classes you are enrolled in

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

*When booking the recurring reservation and choosing an end date, the system will show you all the dates. If you don’t have enough passes on your account to cover all the classes you will be prompted to purchase another package.

*The system will show you classes that are already booked (and therefore unavailable) but will not add you to the waitlist. Take note of the classes that are unavailable and manually add yourself to the waitlist for that class.

 

This February I•D Pilates will be putting on our first ever fundraiser for the Buffalo City Mission.

Join us on the 18th for a Pilates Mat Class led by Ashley, followed by a gift card raffle with great prizes from our favorite local businesses. The 55 minute class will focus on classical and contemporary Pilates exercises. Unlimited Memberships and Group Class packages do not apply for this class.
