One-on-one sessions at Long + Lean Pilates utilize the amazing Pilates Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, and Pilates mat exercises along with release techniques, strength training, and therapeutic exercises, providing exactly what you need to feel your best. Before you begin private Pilates sessions at Long + Lean, your instructor will perform a postural analysis and discuss your health and goals to ensure you get the very best results from your workouts. Your instructors will track your progress and evolve the workouts as you progress; you will rarely do the same exact routine more than once.
